Here are a few common questions from our customers:

Pre-order info:

Planners are expected to arrive late November. If any item in your order is on preorder your entire order will ship together once ALL items are in stock. If you would like to receive an in-stock item earlier, please place a separate order.

Wall calendars will ship separately. 

Shipping the wall calendar internationally is unavailable at this time. Shipping on other international orders will be calculated at checkout. If a wall calendar is added to an international order it will be cancelled. 


When do you release planners?

We release planners twice a year, in May and September. In may we release mid-year planners that run July-June and in September we release traditional year planners.

What is the difference between Mid-year planners and the original Purposeful Planner?

Our mid-year planners are exactly the same as our original but they from July - June instead of January-Dec. Mid-year planners are only available in the Daily version.

How fast do you ship?

All orders of in stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. U.S. Standard Shipping is via USPS and takes 1-5 days. US Priority Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex which takes 1-5 days depending on where you live.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that all duties and taxes that may be implied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final except for damaged or defective materials. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please use the contact form here to let us know right away.

It is your responsibility to assure the quality of all goods upon receipt.  You must obtain a return shipping confirmation from us prior to returning any products. In order to be eligible to receive a refund or store credit for returned goods that are damaged or defective, your refund or store credit request must be received no more than thirty (30) days from the order placement date.  Any approved refund or store credit will only be for the value of the returned items. For your security, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the event that your credit card has expired or is cancelled, store credit will be issued.
